Experience

Ed has more than three decades of land surveying experience in the Bi-State area. He has served as party chief, field crew coordinator, project land surveyor, and office manager on a diverse number of assignments, spanning urban and rural locales; private, commercial, municipal, and industrial zoned properties; and Greenfield to Brownfield land designations.

Expertise/Focus

Ed's extensive familiarity with area survey companies and their documents is invaluable... he can often tell just by looking at an existing survey document the firm and individual responsible for creating it. Ed's long-standing professional relationships with municipalities and firms in the region help expedite challenges typically encountered when tackling the labyrinth of historical plats, maps, deeds and contracts impacting project assignments.
