Experience

Bill has more than 31 years of civil engineering experience, including five years with MoDOT and 17 years with one of the leading A&E firms in the U.S. His experience encompasses site design, grading plans, storm and sanitary sewer design, utility coordination, plus design and supervision of highway and roadway projects.

Expertise/Focus

Bill's extensive experience with government and commercial projects give us specific proficiency in civil site layout and development, in addition to storm and sanitary sewer design, specifically as it relates to water quality management and erosion/sediment control.

• Continuing Education - Civil Engineering, Washington University in St. Louis
• Registered Professional Engineer in Missouri & Wisconsin
• Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE)
